You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality available through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Ingenium and are protected by international copyright laws.
You retain all rights to the content you provide to us for project development. We claim no intellectual property rights over the materials you provide to the service.
Upon full payment for services rendered, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables created specifically for you. The specific terms of this license will be outlined in your project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Ingenium, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us during the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this section are an essential basis of the bargain and that we would not provide the services to you without such limitations.
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice to us. Specific termination terms for ongoing projects will be outlined in your project agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
The courts located in Harare, Zimbabwe shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
